Fees and Insurance

The fee for my service is $160 per session. Fees are due the day of the service.

Insurance coverage works for your psychotherapy appointments if your carrier covers Registered Psychotherapist (RP). When you pay me, I will issue you a receipt which you will submit to your insurance company in order to be reimbursed. I do not submit invoices to insurance companies.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel, you must provide at least 24 hours advanced notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice for any reason will require payment unless there is space for you to reschedule within the same week. For Psychotherapy clients booked for in person sessions, if you absolutely cannot make it in but still want to do the session, we can discuss the option of doing the session at the regular time by phone or video conference.

Health and Safety Policy

We adhere to the requirements of the College of Registered Psychotherapists Of Ontario (CRPO) and Health Canada. We are currently accepting new clients – both in person and through video conference.
